We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and organized Virtual Assistant to serve as our Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Dispatcher.
This role is critical to the success of our daily operations. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners calling for electrical services and the central coordinator for dispatching technicians to jobs.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Answer incoming phone calls from homeowners needing electrical service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
- Provide friendly, professional communication with every customer
- Book service appointments and enter job details accurately into scheduling software
- Confirm appointments and provide arrival time updates to customers
Dispatching
- Dispatch electricians based on location, skillset, and job priority
- Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency
- Maintain clear communication with field technicians throughout the day
- Ensure technicians arrive on time and jobs stay on schedule
- Assist technicians with job information, customer details, and updates
Customer Experience
- Follow up with customers after service appointments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally
- Escalate service issues to management when necessary
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Update job notes and service tickets
- Confirm job completion
- Assist with collecting payments and invoicing when required
- Help maintain an organized dispatch board and technician schedule
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a CSR or dispatcher
- Experience working with home service companies (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.) is strongly preferred
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience with dispatching or CRM software such as:
- ServiceTitan
- Housecall Pro
- Jobber
- FieldEdge
- Service Fusion
- or similar
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with U.S. home service companies
- Familiarity with dispatch boards and route optimization
- Understanding of basic residential electrical services
- Experience with sales or upselling service upgrades
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or CRM systems
Equipment Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet workspace suitable for taking calls
- Computer with minimum 8GB RAM
- Noise-canceling headset
- Backup internet or power is a plus
Work Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- US Eastern Time Business Hours
- Occasional weekend coverage may be requested
