JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and confident Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Your primary responsibility will be speaking with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning more about our franchise opportunity.

This is not a cold-calling position. Every person you speak with has already requested information through our website or advertising.

Before each call, every prospective franchise owner will watch a short presentation explaining our company and franchise system. You'll then conduct a short 15-minute phone call using our proven script to answer basic questions, determine if they're a good fit, and schedule qualified candidates to speak with the Founder.

You'll also follow up with leads who haven't booked a call yet, reschedule missed appointments, and keep our CRM up to date.
Complete training, a detailed call script, and all the tools you'll need to be successful will be provided. Previous franchise experience is not required.

Responsibilities
• Conduct 15-minute qualification calls with prospective franchise owners
• Follow a proven call script
• Answer basic questions about our franchise opportunity
• Qualify prospective franchise owners
• Schedule qualified candidates with the Founder
• Follow up with leads who haven't booked a call
• Reschedule missed appointments
• Update notes and communication history in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Provide a friendly and professional experience throughout the process

We're Looking For Someone Who
• Speaks fluent English with excellent pronunciation and communication skills
• Has experience handling phone calls or customer service
• Is confident and professional on the phone
• Is friendly, positive, and enjoys talking with people
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Is comfortable following a structured process and script
• Learns new software quickly
• Can start as soon as possible

Preferred Qualifications
