JOB OVERVIEW

Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
Answer sales inquiry
Determine and evaluate what customers need to be satisfied.
Establish trust and enduring connections with customer accounts by communicating honestly and actively.
Using the appropriate techniques and resources, provide information that is true, valid, and comprehensive.
Respond to customer queries, offer suitable remedies and substitutes promptly, and monitor the situation to make sure it is resolved.
Maintain communication with customers' logs, handle customer accounts, and organize paperwork.
Observe policies, rules, and communication protocols.
Go above and beyond to engage your customers.
