We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to assist our clients with cancelling life insurance policies and communicating with insurance companies on their behalf.
Responsibilities include:
• Calling insurance companies to request life insurance policy cancellations
• Following up on cancellation requests with insurance providers
• Communicating updates to customers about their cancellation status
• Verifying policy details and documenting call outcomes
• Handling customer service inquiries related to insurance policies
• Calling customers after they receive a new life insurance policy to check in, answer questions, and ensure everything is going smoothly
• Maintaining accurate notes and records in our system
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to follow scripts and instructions
Work Hours:
Must be available during U.S. business hours from **11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)**.
This is a remote position with ongoing work available for the right candidate.
