Responsibilities
Process Amazon instant messages and pending incoming calls in a timely manner. Do follow up calls assigned by clients.
Basic Competencies
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with no distinct accent.
Service Awareness: Strong customer service mindset and effective problem-solving capabilities.
Computer Skills: Proficient in office software and online customer service tools; e-commerce platform operation experience is a plus.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with tea
Work Attitude: Strong sense of responsibility, capacity to work under pressure, positive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
Experience Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience is preferred.
It is an ON SITE work. Our location is: 801 ?8th Floor of The Orient?Square along F. Ortigas Jr. Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Graveyard shift, 9hours(including 1 hour meal break), 40 hour per week, you may need to work on weekend.
E-commerce customer service experience is highly preferred.
