This role is very important to our company. You will be one of the first people our customers interact with, and you will play a key part in turning inquiries into scheduled jobs while making sure every customer feels heard, helped, and taken care of.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior CSR, you will help support the daily operations by:
Answering incoming customer calls
Scheduling service appointments
Communicating with technicians and customers throughout the day
Responding to
Updating and managing customer information in the CRM
Turning customer inquiries into booked jobs
Ensuring every customer receives excellent service and clear communication
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Rotating Saturdays (One Saturday On / One Saturday Off)
If scheduled to work on Saturday, Friday is off
Fridays are hybrid/work-from-home
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
3–5+ years of professional customer service experience
Strong computer and multitasking skills
Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to learn and use AI tools in a professional setting
A positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Experience
Bonus if you have experience with:
Home-service companies
Irrigation or plumbing industry

Performance Expectations
Success in this role will be measured through:
Conversion Rate – Turning calls and inquiries into booked jobs
Phone Quality & Professionalism – Providing a helpful and professional customer experience
Customer Communication – Responding to customers promptly and professionally
Compensation
$6–$7 per hour, based on experience
