We are a growing US-based junk removal company looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Rep & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Help customers book junk removal jobs
- Schedule jobs using Housecall Pro
- Communicate with the truck crew and assist with dispatch
- Respond to
- Track and report important KPIs and daily metrics
This is not just a basic customer service role. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple moving parts throughout the day.
We are looking for someone with:
* Prior customer service experience
* Excellent English, both spoken and written
* Strong phone communication skills
* Good organization and time management
* Confidence using CRM or scheduling software
* Ability to work independently and stay productive
* Interest in understanding numbers, KPIs, and team performance
Bonus if you have experience with:
* Housecall Pro
* CallRail
* Dispatch or scheduling
* Service-based businesses
* Junk removal, moving, or home services
Pay:
$5/hr to start + bonus opportunities
Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST
Additional hours may be available
