JOB OVERVIEW

AI ---------- ntum Labs is a growing company looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly adaptable Customer Service & Operations Assistant/General Virtual Assistant to support daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and takes ownership of tasks. You will handle customer-related work as well as general support tasks as needed. No two days will be exactly the same.


Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups via email, chat, and other platforms

Provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer support

Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Perform general “gopher” tasks (helping wherever support is needed)

Follow instructions carefully and ask clarifying questions when needed

Identify problems and proactively suggest solutions

Maintain organized records and task updates


Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistance

Ability to multitask and handle different types of requests

Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Highly dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Positive attitude and willingness to help with a wide range of tasks


Nice to Have:
Experience with CRM tools, email platforms, or live chat systems

Familiarity with basic admin, research, or online tools

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
