## Customer Service Officer – We're Hiring! ##
We're a fast-growing brand with an engaged, loyal customer base — and as we scale our channels and campaigns, we need someone reliable at the heart of our customer experience. You'll be the person our customers reach when they have questions, the one keeping our records clean, and the engine that keeps our CRM campaigns running on time.
IMPORTANT: If you lack experience, you at least need to have a strong creative instinct and the ability to learn quickly. We value responsible, self-motivated people who take ownership of their work and can deliver quality results with minimal supervision.
Job Scope:
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and incoming leads across messaging channels (currently WhatsApp; TikTok to be added)
- Process customer registrations and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Monitor and update lead status across the pipeline
- Support CRM campaigns including Holiday programmes, broadcasts, promotions, and follow-up flows
Note:
- Full-time basis – 35 hrs/week (up to 40 hrs during peak periods)
- Monday to Friday: 1pm–8pm (SGT), Saturday: 9am–3pm (SGT) — 6 days per week, each shift inclusive of a 1-hour break
- 14 days of Paid Annual Leave and Paid Public Holidays Benefits (all major holidays in the Philippines) included
