**Customer Service Manager – Eve Curls**

Eve Curls is a fast-growing DTC curly hair care brand serving customers across Europe and the US. We're hiring a Customer Service Manager to take full ownership of our customer service function, end to end.

**What you'll own:**
- Full responsibility for customer service, taking it completely off the founders' plate
- Manage and lead a team of customer service agents
- Set up processes and standards to keep response times and quality high as we scale
- Make sure tickets are handled properly every single day, including weekends

**Requirements:**
- Experience working in customer service at an ecommerce company
- Experience handling high volume: 300+ tickets/day
- Strong experience with Gorgias
- Experience managing or leading other customer service agents
- A true owner mentality: someone who leads, makes decisions, and drives results, not someone who waits to be told what to do

**Working hours:**
- Core hours Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM CET
- This role does not end at clock-out. You're expected to stay aware of what's happening over the weekend, catch issues early, and make sure a proper weekend coverage schedule is in place, whether that's you or your team
- "Not my responsibility anymore" is not the mindset we're hiring for. If something breaks on a Saturday, it's still your problem to solve

**Compensation:**
- $2,000/month
