Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and general questions
Assist customers with tracking their orders and resolving delivery issues or delays
Manage returns, refunds, and complaints in a professional manner
Provide fast, clear, and helpful support to all customers
Shopify experience is good
Language Requirement:
All customer support must be handled in Swedish
