JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based home services company looking for a friendly, reliable and highly organized Customer Service & Dispatcher to work remotely from the Philippines.
The main responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls, responding to texts and emails, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, communicating with customers and technicians throughout the day, following up with leads and customers, and keeping the daily schedule organized.
We are looking for someone with excellent spoken and written English who is confident and comfortable speaking with U.S. customers on the phone. Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, appointment setting, or working remotely for a U.S.-based home service company is preferred.
Experience with Jobber or similar scheduling/CRM software is a plus, but not required.
This position works U.S. Eastern Time hours (overnight hours in the Philippines). You must have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet environment for customer calls.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, warm and professional with customers, quick to learn, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
