JOB OVERVIEW

We are a service-based company seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will handle client communications, manage service inquiries, perform accurate data entry, and support the team in maintaining organized and up-to-date records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities are
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

Respond to inquiries about our products and services promptly and accurately

Enter, update, and maintain customer information, sales data, and service records in company databases

Ensure all data is entered accurately and organized for easy retrieval and reporting

Assist with document preparation, client follow-ups, and scheduling tasks as needed

Work closely with the sales and management teams to support client satisfaction and operational efficiency

Identify opportunities to improve data processes and enhance customer experience

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service and data entry roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling

Fluent in American English (spoken and written) Spanish a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM or database systems

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Professional, organized, and dependable work ethic

Position Details:
Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Compensation: $400 USD per month (paid monthly)
