JOB OVERVIEW

Purpose of the Role
We’re seeking a soul-centered, high-vibe Customer Experience Concierge, that speaks spanish and english, to serve as the welcoming face and trusted guide for every new member of a network marketing business. This role goes beyond answering questions—you'll be the heartbeat of the onboarding journey, holding space, solving problems, and ensuring our community feels loved, supported, and seen from day one.

What You’ll Do
Act as the main point of contact for all new and interested members—welcoming them, answering questions, following up, and providing consistent support.
Create a white-glove onboarding experience for new sign-ups through various communication channels (email, text, call, or DM).
Troubleshoot technical, access, or issues promptly and gracefully.
Maintain accurate records of community needs, wins, and concerns using systems like Go High Level or similar.
Collaborate with fulfillment and service teams to ensure every promise made is a promise kept.
Bring high energy to every interaction—whether it's a new member call or a follow-up message.
Assist in updating backend processes to enhance customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
