$400 USD/Month

About Us: We are a company based in the United Arab Emirates, with many international Clientele. You will be working remotely with our head office in the UAE and our Clients around the world, depending on which division we hire you for.

Job Description:
1) Work from home-remote work
2) Full time work-you cannot hold another job during our working hours. This is a professional position which requires dedication and commitment. You will be in communication during working hours with our office, our partners and the customers.
3) Payment is $400 USD per month for a first year worker depending on your customer service experience. This is a full-time night shift position.
4) You will work remotely from your computer, providing customer support by responding to inquiries, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
5) After you pass the initial training period, you will be given a 1 year, renewable contract. We hope to work with you for many years to come. We are looking for someone who wants long term stability.

Skills Needed:
1) Fluent English language skills, written and spoken. Your writing must be excellent.
2) Attention to detail. Accuracy in writing and communication is essential you must not be a person that is prone to errors in your writing and communication.
3) Customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
4) Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
5) University education preferred.
6) Excellent use of computers and basic software like MS word, Google sheets etc.
