JOB OVERVIEW

Tito’s Custom Buckles is looking for 2 to 3 part-time remote tea ---------- mbers to help answer customer emails and text messages for our growing custom buckle business.

This is a customer service and communication role. Most of the work involves replying to customers clearly, professionally, and with good attention to detail. There may also be a few phone calls each day, but the main focus is email and text support.

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly and professional
Strong in written English and grammar
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using a computer every day
Reliable and responsive
Able to keep good records and follow up on tasks

Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills are helpful. Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Main Tasks

Reply to customer emails
Reply to customer text messages
Answer common questions about orders, pricing, and custom designs
Help keep customer communication organized
Assist with tracking payments and internal notes
Occasionally answer 3 to 4 phone calls per day

Requirements

Excellent written English
Good communication skills
Reliable computer and internet
Active WhatsApp number
Strong organizational skills
Customer service experience preferred

Schedule

Part-time
4 to 6 hours per day
2 to 3 positions open
