The Role
As the first point of contact for our guests and property owners, you are the ultimate ambassador for the Beachball brand. Working at the heart of our front-of-house team, you’ll serve as the vital bridge between our premier coastal properties and the families who visit them to create lifelong memories.
In this high-energy, fast-paced role, you’ll master the art of hospitality and precision. You’re doing much more than managing reservations—you are the architect of the guest experience. From setting the perfect tone for a dream vacation to skillfully navigating the occasional 'rough seas' with grace, you’ll ensure our guests stay smiling and our property owners rest easy knowing their investments are in expert hands.
What You’ll Do:
- Brand Ambassador: Provide a warm, welcoming presence as the primary point of contact for all inquiries via phone,
- Problem Solve: Act as the primary liaison between guests and our housekeeping/maintenance teams to proactively address guest needs and owner requests with professionalism and a "can-do" spirit.
- 5 Star Experience Architect: Lead the guest journey by flawlessly executing administrative tasks and property logistics, demonstrating a sharp attention to detail that catches the 'little things' before they reach the guest to ensure a seamless, five-star stay every time.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years experience in a dedicated customer service role, with a track record of handling escalations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with a positive "customer-centric" attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and virtual phone software, with the ability to master new property management tools with ease. Experience with PMS Software and/or AirBnb, VRBO,
- Must possess a dedicated remote-work toolkit, including a laptop, noise-canceling headset, and reliable backup power and internet solutions.
