UK Gym Equipment E-Commerce Business

Gymsets UK is a fast-growing gym equipment e-commerce company supplying premium home and commercial fitness products across the United Kingdom.

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent based in the Philippines to join our team and support customers primarily via phone calls, with some email and live chat support when required.

This is a long-term, fully remote role suited to someone confident speaking with customers and comfortable working UK hours.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide clear and confident support for product enquiries, order status and delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and after-sales support.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
Follow up with customers via phone, email, or live chat when needed.
Proactively update customers regarding delays or resolutions.
Log and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Excellent spoken English is very important. You must be clear, confident, and easy to understand.
Previous phone-based customer service experience is preferred.
You should be comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
Ability to deal with difficult or frustrated customers calmly.
Good written English for follow-up communication.
Reliable internet connection, good-quality headset, and a quiet working environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisation.

Working Hours

You must be available to work UK hours, including evenings in Philippine time.
This is a full-time role, approximately 40 hours per week.
