Customer Service Agent (Claims & Disputes) - Stride Experience Preferred
We’re looking for a committed Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. If you’re great with customers, detail-oriented, and can confidently handle challenging situations, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer support primarily via phone, with
Manage claims and disputes (e.g., Stripe chargebacks, damage claims) by gathering and submitting accurate documentation
Review and process home and furniture damage claims
Prepare settlement agreements and maintain records using Google Sheets and Google Docs
Work with tools such as Stripe, DocuSeal, and similar platforms for disputes and documentation
Review PDFs and documents with strong attention to detail (e.g., bill of lading)
De-escalate customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
Handle challenging calls involving service disputes and expectations
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent English communication skills (American accent preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with Stripe disputes, chargebacks, or claims processing is a strong advantage
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Stripe, and documentation tools
Strong de-escalation skills and ability to handle difficult conversations
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Available to work U.S. business hours (shifting schedule)
E-commerce or logistics experience is a plus
