US-Based Goat Milk Skincare Brand
We’re a growing U.S.-based company that creates goat milk soaps, lotions, and skincare products. Our customers value quality, transparency, and thoughtful support — and we’re looking for someone who does too.
This role goes beyond answering messages. You’ll be responsible for understanding the real problem a customer is experiencing and delivering the right solution, even when the customer doesn’t explain it clearly.
Responsibilities
Support customers via phone,
Assist with orders, products, shipping, and website-related issues
Identify root causes and distinguish user error vs. system issues
Calm and de-escalate frustrated customers professionally
Recommend correct products or next steps — even when the customer is mistaken
Share helpful information customers may not know to ask for
Work across multiple systems to fully resolve issues
Provide feedback to improve customer experience and processes
Tools You’ll Use
Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets,
(LiveHelpNow may be added; phone system will change soon)
Schedule
Shifts will fall within a defined coverage window and may vary
Customer support is provided 7 days a week
Coverage hours are 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM Eastern Time
What We’re Looking For
Strong problem-solving and judgment
Excellent written English (grammar and spelling matter)
Clear, neutral accent for phone-based support
Calm, positive demeanor — even with difficult customers
Ability to adapt responses based on customer attitude and value
Comfortable telling customers they’re wrong kindly and clearly
Willing to ask questions and seek feedback
Able to navigate multiple tools to get the full picture
