Position Summary
The Customer Service Admin will manage customer communication, CRM systems, onboarding, scheduling technicians and sales appointments, administrative support, and process organization. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail-oriented, and fluent in spoken and written English.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
* Answer inbound calls,
* Speak clearly and confidently with customers
* Provide updates, resolve concerns, and deliver excellent customer support
* Follow up with leads, customers, and open service requests
* Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times
CRM Management
* Navigate CRM systems daily
* Enter and update customer information accurately
* Track leads, appointments, service calls, and sales progress
* Maintain organized notes and records
Customer Onboarding
* Guide new customers through the onboarding process
* Collect required documents and account information
* Explain next steps, timelines, and expectations clearly
* Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
Scheduling & Coordination
* Schedule technicians for service appointments
* Schedule sales consultations and follow-ups
* Coordinate calendars for staff and customers
* Confirm appointments and send reminders
Administrative Duties
* Write and update company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Organize files, reports, and internal documents
* Assist leadership with daily administrative tasks
* Improve systems and workflow processes
* Prepare spreadsheets and reports as needed
Requirements
* Must speak excellent English with strong verbal communication skills
* Must write professional English in
* Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
* Experience using CRM software
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to solve problems independently
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools)
