About Promofect
Promofect is a custom apparel and branded promotional products company based in Mahwah, New Jersey, serving businesses, schools, first responders, and non-profit organizations across the U.S. We handle design, production, and delivery under one roof - from screen printing and embroidery to promo items and online merch stores - for clients ranging from small businesses to national brands.

We are looking for a sharp, dependable, and highly organized team member to join our operations team in the Philippines.
This is a backend operations role focused on keeping orders moving, managing purchasing, solving problems, improving systems, and helping our sales team stay focused on growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage purchasing with suppliers and vendors
Send purchase orders and track deadlines
Follow up on shipping dates, production timelines, and delays
Coordinate internal order processing and job progress
Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing (Web Dev, SEO, Creatives), and onshore management, to keep projects aligned
Support online merch store customer service (tracking, sizing, order issues)
Maintain accurate spreadsheets, records, and internal systems
Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and training documents
Identify bottlenecks and suggest better processes
Help train future team members as we grow

Tools We Use
InkSoft, HubSpot, Printavo, Google Sheets/Excel, and other order management and communication tools. Experience with any of these is a plus - we'll train you on the rest.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in operations, purchasing, ecommerce, customer support, promotional products, apparel, or similar industries
Experience in the promotional products or custom apparel industry (screen printing, embroidery, or similar)
Experience with vendor management/purchasing
Experience with order management systems (InkSoft, Printavo, or similar) or ecommerce/online store platforms
Experience leading or training team members
Strong spoken and written English
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Comfortable using multiple software systems
Reliable internet and work-from-home setup
Able to work full-time, Night Shift, aligned to U.S. Eastern Time
