Remote Appliance Repair Sales Specialist

About Us

BozmanFix is a growing appliance repair company providing professional repair services for residential appliances. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who can turn declined repair estimates into completed jobs.

Responsibilities

- Contact customers who declined repair after the technician's visit.
- Understand the reason for declining the repair.
- Build rapport and overcome objections professionally.
- Explain the value of repairing instead of replacing the appliance.
- Offer available options and work with customers to find a solution.
- Schedule approved repairs and coordinate with our dispatch team.
- Keep detailed notes of every conversation in our CRM.
- Follow up with customers when appropriate.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in phone sales/ customer retention in appliance repair field.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Experience with HouseCallPro CRM software is a plus.

What You'll Do

Our technicians diagnose appliance issues on-site and provide repair estimates. Sometimes customers d ---------- not to move forward immediately and only pay the service call fee. Your job is to contact those customers, understand their concerns, answer questions, address objections, and help convert those estimates into completed repair jobs.
