We are a growing U.S.-based software company seeking an experienced Customer Implementation Lead with a project management and IT background. You'll own delivery of customer implementations and integrations on our iOS-based, AI-powered field operations platform for the property technology industry.
About the role
This is a delivery-focused role, roughly 70% project management and 30% customer communication. You'll own each customer implementation from kickoff through go-live, hypercare, and handoff to support. This is a dedicated full time role.
What you'll do:
Plan and deliver
Own implementation and integration projects from kickoff through go-live
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and status reports
Gather, document, and get sign-off on requirements and feature requests
Participate in sprint planning and release coordination with our product and engineering teams
Flag scope, schedule, and budget risks early, with a proposed fix
Customer communication
Serve as the day-to-day contact for customer stakeholders and lead customer meetings
Hypercare (post go-live)
Lead the hypercare period after go-live (typically 2–4 weeks), with daily check-ins and close monitoring of adoption and stability
Triage and track issues raised by the customer, and coordinate fixes with engineering
Report hypercare status to the customer and internal team, and document issues and resolutions
Confirm exit criteria with the customer before closing hypercare
Knowledge transfer and handoff
Prepare Support and Training with the knowledge they need: customer configuration, integrations, known issues, and decisions made during the project
Produce handoff documentation, such as runbooks, FAQs, configuration summaries, and training materials
Run knowledge-transfer sessions with our Support and Training teams before go-live, and confirm they can support the customer independently
Make sure customer end users are trained, in coordination with our Training team
Formally hand off the customer to Support, and stay available for questions during the transition
Requirements
3–6 years of project management in software or IT, with a track record of on-time, on-budget integration projects (please give examples)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Excellent written and spoken English. You'll be on calls with US customers daily.
Client-facing experience and strong stakeholder management
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack
Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and data flows
Experience with mobile apps, ideally iOS release cycles
Experience with post-go-live support, hypercare, or stabilization periods
Strong documentation and training skills. You can explain technical work clearly to non-technical users and support staff.
Experience handing off customers to Support or Customer Success teams
Property tech, real estate, construction, engineering, or field service experience is a strong plus
Sound judgment and follow-through with minimal supervision
Work environment (required)
Reliable, high-speed internet
Reliable, up-to-date computer, webcam, and headset with a good microphone
A dedicated, quiet, private workspace. Not a shared computer, cafe, or public space.
Backup power (UPS, power bank, or similar)
