OUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

Some tasks you will do to help my company, Plufl.

- Mastering the Inbox: Managing our helpdesk (Gorgias) and ensuring all tickets are replied to within our SLA.
- Being responsive for escalated tasks - be able to emulate founder voice and be empathetic
- turning angry customers into fans and saving returns by educating users (e.g., teaching them how to adjust their pillow loft).
- tagging and tracking ticket trends (e.g., "Zipper issues" or "Shipping delays") and reporting them to the Product/Ops team immediately.
- Handling high-pressure ---------- nts (like holiday shipping delays) with radical honesty and speed to keep customers calm.

We are the team behind Plufl (the world's first human dog bed) and have expanded into sleep performance with Hugl (our cooling body pillow). - E-commerce Stack Experience: Proficiency in Shopify and Gorgias
- High EQ & Patience: You can empathize with a grandmother in chronic pain (Hugl customer) just as well as a stressed college student waiting for a gift (Plufl customer).
- Fast & Tech Savvy: You type fast, learn new software quickly, and can multitask without losing cool.
- Data Mindset: You don't just fix problems; you spot patterns and report them.
