JOB OVERVIEW

We're All Volleyball, a US-based dealer that sells one thing: volleyball gear. Teams, clubs, coaches, players. That's the whole business.

We get a steady flow of leads, comments, reviews, and DMs every day. Right now nobody owns them full-time. That's the job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Reply to every new lead fast. Quote requests, team inquiries, Facebook lead form submissions. Your job is to get them a helpful first response and route the serious ones to our sales team.
- Answer comments and ---------- on Facebook and Instagram. Product questions, order questions, "how much for 12 jerseys" type messages.
- Respond to customer reviews, positive and negative. Own mistakes directly, thank people like a human, never paste a template.
- Engage with the volleyball community daily. Like and comment on posts from clubs, coaches, and players. Real comments from someone who actually read the post, not "Great content! ????"
- Flag anything you can't answer and escalate it to the right person instead of guessing.

WHO THIS IS FOR

- Excellent written English. You write like a person, not a call center script.
- 2+ years in customer service, social media management, or community management.
- Fast and consistent. Response speed is most of this job.
- Comfortable working US hours.
- You can follow a playbook. We'll give you saved answers, escalation rules, and tone guidelines. You'll be trained directly and supported daily.
- Big plus if you know volleyball or have worked for a sports or ecommerce brand.

HOW TO APPLY
