Pilates Addiction Roswell (Georgia, USA) opens in 2026. We are hiring a remote Member Engagement & Community Coordinator based off shore.

The Role
This is a remote, analytical, people-first role. You will engage our leads and members through warm, personalized chats in Loyal Snap and segment them into our four personas — The Modern Achiever, The Fitness Connoisseur, The Curious Convert, and The Strong Rebuilder — so our local studio staff can make highly personal phone calls that convert leads into memberships. You will also be our online research engine for grassroots lead generation within a 1–3–5–8 mile radius of the studio, and you will deliver a daily data update to the owner.
You will work from the Philippines, supporting our Roswell, Georgia team through Loyal Snap, Mindbody, and email.

What You’ll Do
1. Member Engagement & Persona-Driven Lead Conversion
• Engage prospects and members daily in Loyal Snap through short, personalized, and engaging conversations by text and email.
• Segment every lead into one of our four personas — The Modern Achiever, The Fitness Connoisseur, The Curious Convert, and The Strong Rebuilder — and maintain a living persona map (profile, pain, message, and conversation hooks) that local studio staff use when making personal phone calls to convert leads into memberships.
• Keep Mindbody and Loyal Snap data clean and current so every contact and conversation is captured.
• Deliver a daily stats update to the owner: lead counts, conversion rates, response times, follow-up status, and persona-level insights (be creative).
2. Grassroots Lead Generation & Event Support
• Research new venues, partners, and qualified leads online within a 1–3–5–8-mile radius of the studio.
• Build tiered prospect lists with contact details, persona fit, and a recommended outreach approach.
• Prepare pre-event documents for studio staff — threshold and stretch lead goals, target personas, outreach plans, and logistics checklists.
• Lead post-event reviews: results vs. goals, what worked, lessons learned for next time.
• Support pre-opening, Start of Sales (June 13), Soft Opening (August 20–23, 2026), and Grand Opening (early October 2026) activities.
• Draft engaging email, propose special event media (Digital Stack), refine persona messaging, and suggest new campaign angles.

Work Setup & Requirements
• Location: Philippines, fully remote.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs./week. Flexible / split-shift with some US Eastern overlap (full time potential)
• English: Excellent spoken and written English.
• Internet: Reliable home internet (25+ Mbps recommended) with a backup option.
• Equipment: Personal computer, quality headset, webcam, quiet workspace.
• Software: Mindbody (POS), Loyal Snap (CRM), Digital Stack, Google Workspace or MS office, especially Excel and word
• AI: Highlight experienced using AI tools to professionalize and improve work output (Claude, other)

Nice to Have
• Personal fitness experience — Pilates reformer experience strongly preferred.
• Customer service, inside sales, marketing background
• Boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or events background.
• Hands-on Mindbody, Loyal Snap and Digital Stack experience.
• Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, formulas, charts, dashboards).
• A personal interest in Pilates, or other movement disciplines.

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive rate $4-$6 /hr.- Pay period to be negotiated.
