JOB OVERVIEW

The Objective
We are seeking an elite Partner or Agency to build a proprietary, custom-coded e-commerce ecosystem and manage its global growth strategy. Shopify or SaaS-based solutions will not be considered. We are building a high-value, independent asset.
The Requirements: Leadership & Autonomy
• Ownership Mindset: You must identify solutions independently and execute with precision. I manage multiple projects; I need a partner who delivers results, not questions.
• Supplier & Technical Logistics: Direct management of supplier communication for API integration and automated fulfillment.
• English Proficiency: All professional communication and site content must be in English.
The Technical Build: Virtual Try-On (AR)
The Aesthetics/Wigs niche requires a Virtual Try-On (AR) feature. Customers must be able to visualize products in real-time via their camera. This must be a custom, high-performance integration.
Three Distinct Verticals (No Templates)
1. Aesthetics (Wigs): Premium, AR-enabled, luxury UX.
2. Pet Care: Trust-based and functional.
3. Supportive Living (Disability, ADHD, Autism): Requires a neurodivergent-friendly UI. This niche is delicate and demands high accessibility standards (WCAG) and intuitive design.
Omnichannel Marketing Strategy (Open Framework)
I am looking for a partner who understands that the "classic" TikTok/Meta Ads approach isn't the only way to win. I am open to any effective strategy provided it is backed by data and logic.
• Strategic Flexibility: Beyond social media ads, I expect suggestions on Google Search (Intent-based), SEO, Pinterest, Email Marketing, or Native Advertising.
• Niche-Specific Tactics: What works for wigs won't work for the ADHD/Autism niche. You must demonstrate how you adapt the channel to the audience.
• Proven Track Record: Mandatory: You must provide Case Studies demonstrating success in both custom builds and marketing ROI (ROAS/CPA). Show me what you have achieved previously.
Communication Standards
• Clarity & Simplicity: Solutions must be explained clearly, without unnecessary jargon.
• Professional Boundaries: I stop responding at 10 PM to maintain high performance and standards.
• Goal: A scalable, proprietary business where tech and marketing run as a well-oiled machine.
