JOB OVERVIEW

How to apply
Applications missing any item are auto-rejected. Send:

1. Loom video (2-3 min): who you are, your crypto experience, the most qualified appointments you've personally booked in one month, and how you'd produce 5 qualified GMI partnership calls per week.
2. In writing (3-4 sentences): what a launchpad is and why one would want LP Bonds for its projects.
3. Scenario: "Your reps sent 250 targeted messages in one week, received 18 positive replies, and booked zero qualified calls. What do you inspect, and what do you change in the next 48 hours?"
4. One target for GMI (a DEX, launchpad, or ecosystem): why it's qualified, the exact role you'd contact, the channel, and the personalized first message you'd send.
5. Your Telegram handle, available hours in GMT+8, and earliest start date.

Subject line must start with: BOND OPS

At target pace this role pays roughly $1,500 to $2,500/month depending on how many appointments you book personally vs through your reps, with no cap on the upside. Base is the floor, not the offer.

About GMI
GonnaMakeIt (GMI) built LP Bonds, a live DeFi liquidity product deployed across 9+ EVM chains (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and more).
LP Bonds lock liquidity for 20 years while giving users a tradeable Bond NFT earning ---------- % APR. The liquidity is locked, the user is not: they can sell their Bond NFT anytime. Rewards accrue inside the bond instead of being farmed and dumped.
Our partnership targets: DEXs, token launchpads, L1/L2 blockchain ecosystems, and select token projects with strong strategic fit.
We need someone to build and run a BD engine that consistently puts qualified partnership calls on the founder's calendar.

The role
One job: produce qualified partnership calls that actually happen, every week.

The founder takes the calls and closes. You own everything before that: rep recruiting and management, target selection, qualification, outreach strategy, follow-up, pipeline, booking, call prep, and funnel diagnosis.

This is a player-coach role. You manage commission-based BD reps AND personally do outreach and book calls whenever the team is below target. Meetings, training, recruiting, and spreadsheet work do not count as output. Qualified calls held count as output.

The metric

Qualified partnership appointments held per week. After ramp: floor 2, target 5, strong 6+.

A call counts only when ALL are true: the target passes our qualification standard, the attendee is a decision-maker (or credible sponsor with direct access to one), they explicitly expressed interest in LP Bonds for their org, they know what the call is about, the call happens, a real partnership discussion occurs, and the founder confirms it was qualified.

Does NOT count: no-shows, reschedules until held, calls where they pitch their product to us, generic networking, community mods who can't advance a deal, duplicates, or projects that can't realistically use LP Bonds.

What you own
1. Rep performance. Audit the existing rep team immediately. Recruit replacements as needed. Give each rep target accounts, messaging, channels, and weekly numbers. Coach producers, cut non-producers. A rep showing no meaningful pipeline progress after 10 working days gets diagnosed and acted on, not carried for 30.
2. Targeting. At least 80% of the active pipeline is DEXs, launchpads, and L1/L2 ecosystems. Targets are EVM-compatible unless the founder approves an exception. Do not fill the pipeline with projects just because they're easy to reach.
3. Qualification. You run (or audit) our LP Bonds Partner Assessment on every interested project. Score of 5/10+ passes to the founder. Below 5 can be escalated for founder review if you believe it's a real opportunity. Before any prospect reaches the founder you confirm: real scale/traction, a genuine LP Bonds fit, a decision-maker in the loop, and explicit interest in LP Bonds for THEM. "We want to explore this for our ecosystem" is interest. "Sounds cool, let's find synergies" is not.
4. Conversion, not volume. Our history shows the exact failure you're hired to prevent: reps sending 40-60 outreaches a week, reporting "interested projects," and producing no decision-maker conversations and no calls. You own the conversion at every stage:
A. Positive reply ? meaningful advancement within 5 business days. That means a decision-maker conversation, a Telegram group or direct thread with the right person, or a concrete scheduled next step toward a call. If none occurs, the prospect is recycled or closed out of active pipeline. Claimed interest that never advances counts as nothing.
B. Every live opportunity has one owner, one next action, one deadline.
C. Any opportunity untouched for 5 business days gets a decision: advance, recycle, or close. Nothing sits in "waiting."
D. "Calendly shared" is not a completed task. No booking within 2 business days means follow-up happens, and the prospect is told to confirm the booking with both you and the rep.
E. If significant outreach produces no qualified calls, you identify the failure point (targets, contacts, messaging, channel, follow-up, or rep) and launch a new test within 24 hours. The same broken approach never runs for multiple weeks.

5. Pipeline control. One accurate source of truth: target, category, tier, contact and decision-maker status, owner, every touch, stage, next action, deadline, call status. Duplicate outreach prevented. All partner groups remain accessible to GMI even if a rep leaves.
6. Founder handoff. Before a call goes on the founder's calendar: a short brief covering who they are, why they're qualified, why LP Bonds fit, what interest they expressed, who d ---------- , and the desired outcome. No Calendly shared before the qualification gate is complete.
7. Reporting and escalation. Every Friday YOU post one consolidated report: outreach sent, positive replies, qualified conversations, groups created, calls booked, calls held, conversion at each stage, per-rep results, stalled deals, next week's tests. Exact numbers and names, no narratives. Chasing reps for their numbers is your job, done before Friday, never visible to the founder.
If the week is heading to zero qualified calls, you tell the founder THAT DAY with the likely cause, the numbers, the fix being launched, and when results should show. Bad news early is rewarded. Bad news buried is a dealbreaker.

Time allocation
A. 50%+ on outreach, follow-up, and appointment conversion
B. Up to 25% managing and recruiting reps
C. Up to 25% research, reporting, and admin

Building internal tools, assigning books, refining meeting formats, and polishing trackers do not count toward anything. If the team is below target, your personal outreach time goes up.

First 30 days (paid trial)
Day 3: Full audit of every rep and the current pipeline. Immediate correction plan presented.
Day 7: Clean pipeline and reporting system live. 100+ prioritized qualified targets. Every rep assigned accounts and numbers. Two outreach tests launched. Your personal outreach started.
Day 14: 2+ qualified appointments held. Measurable conversion at each funnel stage. Non-performers cut or on a final clock. Zero held appointments by Day 14 triggers an immediate role review.
Day 30 minimum: 6 qualified appointments held, 2+ in the final week, clean pipeline, producing rep core. Target: 8-10 held, exiting at a 3-5/week pace.

Hit the numbers and this grows into a larger BD leadership role with more hours and higher comp as we scale.

Compensation
A. Base: $10/hr, up to 20 hrs/week
B. $100 for every qualified appointment held that you personally booked
C. $30 override for every qualified appointment held that your reps booked
D. $250 partnership bonus when a partnership you originated or materially managed goes live AND at least $2,500 in cumulative LP Bond value has been minted in that partner's pools (USD value at time of mint, verified on-chain). An announcement or deployment with no qualifying mints does not pay
E. Additional bonuses possible for exceptional strategic partnerships
F. No cap on appointment bonuses. One bonus per call ($100 personal OR $30 override, not both)
G. Appointment bonuses paid after the call happens and the founder confirms it met the standard
H. Base and bonuses paid 50/50 in ETH and GMI, exact valuation method provided in writing before you start

Requirements
A. Crypto-native: DEXs, launchpads, liquidity, TVL, ecosystems, no googling required
B. Prior crypto BD, partnerships, lead-gen, or appointment-setting experience with calls you personally booked
C. Experience managing contractors or reps against numbers, and comfortable cutting non-performers
D. Excellent written English, comfortable messaging founders and senior decision-makers
E. Organized: CRMs, trackers, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, email, outreach platforms (we use Saleshandy)
F. 3+ hrs daily overlap with GMT+7/+8
G. Responsive within 10 minutes during your agreed working block unless on a scheduled call

Working standards
Outcomes over activity. Calls held over calls promised. Decision-makers over moderators. Explicit interest over vague networking. Exact numbers over narratives. Problems escalated the day they appear. Every opportunity has an owner, a next action, and a deadline. No hiding bad weeks. No perfecting systems that don't produce calls. The founder never manages your reps.
