JOB OVERVIEW

???? Responsibilities:

? Set up and maintain automated onboarding funnels via GoHighLevel, connected to our landing page and Instagram link-in-bio
? Manage and respond to client leads in real time
? Perform Credit Repair Audits (Credit Karma, IdentityIQ, SmartCredit)
? Schedule and consult with clients to help choose the best service package
? Send contracts, update CRM, and track client progress
? Draft and process dispute letters for:
• Equifax data breach sweeps
• Identity theft
• Bankruptcy deletions
• Child support account removals
? Handle follow-up emails, reminders, and dispute timelines
? Maintain confidentiality and compliance at all times

???? You Must Have:

?? Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) automation
?? Experience with credit repair, FCRA, and Metro2
?? Comfortable consulting clients via phone or Zoom
?? Experience with dispute strategies, sweep techniques & client follow-ups
?? Professional, discreet, organized, and fast-paced
