JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist our credit repair company with preparing and submitting dispute documentation for clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to follow structured processes, and comfortable working with official government forms and documentation.

This role involves assembling client credit packets, filing reports with government agencies, and sending dispute letters to credit bureaus.

Responsibilities

• Compile and organize client credit dispute packets
• Review client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• File Identity Theft Reports through the FTC website
• Submit complaints and disputes through the CFPB portal
• Prepare and send credit dispute letters to credit bureaus
• Send documentation via digital mail and email
• Maintain accurate records of submitted disputes and case updates
• Follow internal step-by-step SOP processes
• Upload and organize files in Google Drive or CRM system
• Track dispute progress and update status reports

Daily Tasks

• Gather client credit reports and supporting documents
• Prepare dispute letters and documentation packages
• File FTC Identity Theft Affidavit reports
• Submit CFPB complaints when required
• Send letters to Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax
• Maintain logs of all disputes sent and responses received

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written English
• Ability to follow structured instructions and procedures
• Experience with credit repair or credit disputes (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable working with government websites and forms
• Strong organization and file management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
