Job Description
The Credit Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and managing credit reports, assisting clients with credit repair strategies, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will also communicate with credit bureaus, creditors, and clients to resolve disputes, track progress, and provide regular updates.
This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and discretion with sensitive financial information.
Key Responsibilities
• Review client credit reports for errors, inaccuracies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors.
• Monitor and track dispute progress; follow up on pending cases.
• Advise clients on credit-building strategies and best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications, disputes, and results.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on client progress.

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Credit Specialist, Credit Analyst, or similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of credit reports, credit scores, and dispute processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Experience using credit software tools (preferred but not required).
Work Schedule
• Full-time (40 hrs/week), Monday–Friday
• Philippine time (with some flexibility to overlap with U.S. business hours)
