I’m looking for a Credit Services Specialist to support clients through the credit repair and enrollment process. This role involves credit analysis, client communication, onboarding, payment follow-ups, and retention while staying compliant with legal standards.
What you’ll do:
- Review credit reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)
- Identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable accounts
- Analyze negative items (late payments, collections, charge-offs, etc.)
- Onboard new clients using strong sales and communication skills
- Explain credit reports and improvement strategies clearly
- Educate clients on credit, scoring, and rebuilding strategies
- Provide updates on disputes and set proper expectations
- Maintain accurate records and follow FCRA compliance
- Handle client follow-ups, retention, and payment reminders
- Process payments and update accounts accurately
What I’m looking for:
- Experience in credit repair, collections, or similar roles
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of FICO, VantageScore, and credit basics
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable handling payments and client concerns
