Role Overview
We are hiring a Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to handle client onboarding, dispute letter processing, and outbound client calls. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently speak with clients about onboarding steps and required documents.
We are looking for the perfect candidate to assist with our day to day operations of credit repair.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Must be familiar with the software "credit repair cloud."
Must know how to read credit reports and be familiar with all three credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, transunion)
Make follow up calls with clients and select items to dispute on their credit report
Manage clients on a daily
Communicate with the team
Requirements and Experience:
Must be organized and able to systematize processes with comprehensive documentation
Must have strong initiative and proactively seek new knowledge
English fluency both in verbal and written communication is required.
Must have strong attention to detail and natural ability to follow instructions.
Have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Can solve problems, independently.
A team player who is trustworthy and respectful of others.
Responsibilities
Onboard new credit repair clients step by step
Make outbound calls to clients to welcome them and explain next steps
Leave and send voice memos to clients when needed
Follow up with clients for missing documents and credit report logins
Prepare and process credit dispute letters accurately
Upload, organize, and manage client documents
Track dispute cycles and client status updates
Update CRM notes after each call or interaction
Communicate clearly with internal tea
Requirements
Prior credit repair experience or dispute processing experience (preferred)
Clear English speaking voice (required)
Comfortable making daily client phone calls
Able to record and send voice memos
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow SOPs exactly
Experience with CRMs, Google Drive, PDFs
Reliable internet and computer
Able to start immediately
Work Hours
20 hours per week
Must be available during assigned call windows
