Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in credit repair? BP Credit Shield is looking for a reliable Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to support our growing client base and ensure every file is handled with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
-Client Onboarding: Collect required documents, set up client profiles, and ensure files are fully compliant.
-Credit Analysis: Review credit reports to identify inaccuracies, violations, and improvement opportunities.
-Dispute Execution: Submit disputes directly through online credit bureau portals (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) & DisputeFox.
-Complaint Filing: File and manage complaints with relevant agencies (CFPB, FTC, Attorney General, etc.) when necessary.
-Client Updates: Communicate progress updates and respond to client inquiries professionally.
-Progress Tracking: Monitor dispute timelines, results, and reinsertions while keeping records up to date in our systems.
-Administrative Support: Handle task tracking, documentation, and internal updates with accuracy.
Requirements:
-Prior experience in credit repair or a closely related field (required).
-Strong understanding of credit reports, dispute strategies, and compliance.
-Excellent written English and clear professional communication.
-Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple files efficiently.
-Ability to work independently within structured SOPs and systems.
-High integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
