We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Repair Specialist who understands how to strategically remove inaccurate, unverifiable, and outdated items using proven dispute methods.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, results-driven, and familiar with consumer protection processes.
Position Overview:
• Part-time, flexible schedule (based on client workload)
• Remote position
• Compensation based on experience and/or per client
Responsibilities:
• Analyze client credit reports and identify negative items
• Execute disputes using FTC, CFPB, and BBB complaint methods
• Submit and manage disputes through DisputeFox
• Track progress and provide updates on client files
• Ensure disputes are completed in a timely and strategic manner
• Assist with client file organization and backend processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience in credit repair (required)
• Strong understanding of consumer laws and dispute processes
• Experience using DisputeFox (preferred)
• Familiarity with FTC, CFPB, and BBB complaint workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus Skills:
• Knowledge of Metro 2 compliance
• Experience handling high-volume client files
• Strong communication skills for client updates
