JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Credit Repair Specialist to assist with re-importing client credit reports and manually updating them with a high level of accuracy. The primary focus of this role is reviewing and updating reports across all three bureaus, identifying inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items, managing disputes, and working daily inside Credit Repair Cloud. You should already be familiar with credit repair workflows, disputing processes, and FCRA guidelines, and be able to work independently without constant supervision. Customer service experience is a plus, as you may occasionally assist with simple client inquiries or status updates. This is a remote, part-time role with the opportunity to grow.
