JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
CRC is seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. You must have prior experience working in credit repair and be familiar with platforms like ---------- , ---------- , ZOHO and ---------- . You’ll handle client communication, onboarding, and dispute processing with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

???? Key Responsibilities:
???? Professionally text and email clients to provide updates, answer questions, and maintain relationships
????? Process disputes through ---------- , interpret credit reports via ---------- and ----------
???? Complete client onboarding efficiently using our established system
???? Track progress and update internal systems with client activity
????? Maintain organized client records and ensure follow-up tasks are completed on time
???? Required Qualifications:
? At least 6 months of experience in credit repair

? Excellent written and spoken English
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
? Comfortable with handling sensitive financial information
? Tech-savvy, organized, and dependable
? Work Hours:
Part-time to start, with potential to move to full-time
