Job Type: Part-Time (30-40 hours per week)
Starting Pay: $2.50/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Credit Repair Specialist to join our growing team. As a Credit Repair Specialist, you’ll assist clients by reviewing their credit reports, identifying inaccurate or unverifiable information, and helping facilitate disputes to improve their credit standing. You will play a key role in transforming lives by helping clients build the credit they need for financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze client credit reports (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)
* Identify errors, inaccuracies, or unverifiable items
* Prepare and submit disputes to credit bureaus and furnishers
* Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and updates
* Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and/or chat
* Follow up on disputes, update clients on progress, and educate them on next steps
* Collaborate with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure timely results

Requirements:
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Reliable laptop or desktop computer with internet access
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Professional communication and a customer-first attitude

Preferred (Not Required):
* Prior experience in credit repair
* Familiarity with DisputeFox software
* Knowledge of FCRA and credit bureau processes
