ABOUT CP RESTORATION SERVICES
CP Restoration Services is a Florida-based credit repair company helping clients remove negative items from their credit reports. We are hiring 4 Sales Representatives to bring in new clients and grow our business.
POSITION: Sales Representative
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: 10% commission on all closed sales + $100 weekly draw (advance against commissions)
Express Package: $3,999 → $400 commission per sale
Standard Package: $2,500 → $250 commission per sale
Financing: $750 down + $292/month → 10% of total collected
Location: 100% Remote — Work From Home
Openings: 4 positions available
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make a minimum of 100 outbound dials per day to leads and prospects
• Present CP Restoration Services credit repair packages to potential clients
• Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients
• Log all dials, conversations, and outcomes in the portal daily
• Follow up on warm leads and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Collect client information and hand off signed clients to CS team
• Meet weekly sales quota targets set by management
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven sales experience — phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred
• Excellent spoken English — confident, persuasive, and professional
• Self-motivated and results-driven — this is a commission-based role
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office
• Available Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM EST
• Willing to undergo sales training and product certification before starting
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience selling financial services, credit repair, or insurance
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Go High Level, HubSpot, etc.)
• Experience with auto-dialers or power dialers
