We are looking for a motivated, personable Sales Representative to join our growing credit repair company. This role is responsible for following up with warm leads, closing sales, maintaining relationships, and helping clients feel supported throughout their journey. This is a relationship-based sales role, not high-pressure selling.

Sales & Follow-Up
Follow up with new and existing leads via phone, text, and
Answer questions and guide leads through the credit repair process
Close sales and enroll clients into the appropriate program
Follow up with und
Client Relationship Management (VERY IMPORTANT)
Build rapport with leads and clients
Take detailed notes on all calls (important):
Family situations
Life events
Accomplishments
Concerns or objections
Acknowledge and follow up on personal milestones (results, wins, life updates)
Ask satisfied clients for referrals once they begin seeing results
Reporting & Organization
Submit a daily sales report that includes:
Total leads contacted
Sales closed
Follow-ups needed for the following week
Keep CRM notes accurate and up to date
Track pipeline progress and next actions for each lead
? Qualifications
Sales experience (customer service or consultative sales preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable talking on the phone and following up consistently
Organized and detail-oriented (notes are required on every call)
Friendly, empathetic, and relationship-driven
Able to work independently and meet follow-up deadlines
Credit repair or financial services experience is a plus (training provided)
