JOB OVERVIEW

Sales Closer – Credit Repair
We are looking for the best. We want a highly motivated, determined sales professional who knows how to follow up, handle objections, close, think ahead, and bring new ideas to the company.

We provide the leads. Your job is to close them.

-Base Pay
-5% commission on every closed sale to start
-Commission percentage can increase based on performance
-Performance bonuses for hitting and exceeding goals
-Additional commissions for helping build and improve company systems
-Additional earning opportunities for bringing innovative ideas that improve sales, follow up, organization, automation, or conversions

Responsibilities
-Contact inbound leads within 5 minutes of receipt
-Call, qualify, follow up with, and close leads
-Complete a minimum of 10 follow up touchpoints per lead before closing the file
-Conduct qualification calls and Zoom closing calls IF NEEDED
-Build trust and identify each client's needs and pain points
-Explain our credit repair process, program details, and basic FCRA information
-Handle objections confidently
-Enroll qualified clients
-Manage leads and follow ups using Excel
-Keep lead statuses, notes, and follow up dates updated
-Communicate professionally through phone, SMS, email, and DMs
-Track KPIs and meet weekly sales goals

Requirements
-Fluent English is required. No exceptions.
-Previous credit repair sales experience or significant proven sales experience
-Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or telemarketing experience
-Strong closing and objection handling skills
-Energetic, upbeat, confident, and professional on the phone
-Comfortable using Excel to manage and track leads
-Self motivated and results driven
-Ability to work independently and manage your own leads
-Reliable internet of at least 25 Mbps
-Dedicated workspace, headset, and webcam
-Available Monday through Friday during U.S. Eastern Time hours
