OPERATIONS MANAGER – CREDIT REPAIR COMPANY (Full-Time, Long-Term)
I am hiring an Operations Manager for PYNK LUXURY LLC, a growing US credit repair company. I need someone who can run daily operations exactly how I run them, manage my team, protect my brand, and ensure every client receives elite-level service.
This role is for someone who fully understands credit repair, uses Dispute Fox fluently, and can manage workflows, clients, and staff without constant supervision. If you don't have real experience inside credit repair systems, do not apply.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be the backbone of the business. You'll lead the dispute and client support team, make day-to-day decisions, and step in to operate the business as me when needed. You report directly to the owner.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in credit repair or financial services
- Advanced, daily experience with Dispute Fox
- Deep understanding of the credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion), dispute cycles, timelines, and responses
- Strong knowledge of late payments, charge-offs, collections, repos, and inquiries
- Ability to review and manage client dispute strategies
- Experience managing CSRs, VAs, or dispute teams
- Strong knowledge of compliance basics (FCRA, CROA, FDCPA, Metro 2)
- Fluent, professional written and spoken English for client
- Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
- Stable internet with a backup power and internet source
PREFERRED (A STRONG PLUS)
- Experience with business or personal funding, such as credit card stacking, business lines of credit, or business credit building
- Knowledge of lender requirements, which bureaus lenders pull, and how to prepare clients for approval
- Familiarity with business credit setup (EIN, D-U-N-S number, business profile, Paydex)
- Experience creating funding roadmaps or coordinating client applications
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily credit repair operations
- Manage and audit work inside Dispute Fox
- Ensure disputes are accurate, timely, and strategic
- Monitor client timelines and results
- Manage customer service communications and handle escalations
- Train and manage support staff
- Maintain SOPs and improve workflows
- Track KPIs and send a weekly report to the owner
- Help build our upcoming funding department
- Keep brand tone, professionalism, and service quality elite
COMMUNICATION STANDARDS (REQUIRED)
- Shift: Monday–Friday, [9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST]
- Urgent messages answered within 30 minutes during your shift
- All other messages answered within 2 hours during your shift
- If you'll be away for more than 30 minutes, notify the owner in advance
- This is an exclusive full-time role. No other jobs or clients during your shift.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
- Dispute rounds go out on schedule without the owner checking
- Client questions and updates are handled by the team, not the owner
- SOPs are written for every role
- A clear weekly report arrives every week
- The owner can step away for several days and the business runs smoothly
CONFIDENTIALITY
You'll handle sensitive client information (SSNs, IDs, credit reports). You must sign a confidentiality agreement, follow our data security procedures, and work on a secure, password-protected device that is not shared with anyone.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Performance bonuses tied to team results
- Long-term role with room to grow as we expand into funding
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
- Can run a credit repair company without hand-holding
- Understand both strategy and execution
- Take accountability seriously and prevent problems before they happen
- Move with urgency and structure
- Treat the business like it's your own
DO NOT APPLY IF:
- You've never used Dispute Fox
- You only have basic credit knowledge
- You struggle with leadership, accountability, or consistent communication
- You need micromanagement
- You are working other jobs during the shift hours listed above
