JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based credit consulting company looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant (Philippines only) to handle new client onboarding and credit bureau account setup.
This is a long-term position with growth opportunities for the right person.
You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and helping them complete the setup process for faster dispute results.
Your daily tasks will include:
• Calling new clients and guiding them through onboarding
• Helping clients create a new Gmail account (for internal use)
• Assisting clients with setting up accounts on:
o Experian
o Equifax
o TransUnion
• Collecting login credentials securely
• Walking clients through identity verification steps
• Troubleshooting login or verification issues
• Ensuring all onboarding steps are completed properly
• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients
Requirements:
• MUST have prior Credit Repair experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong understanding of credit reports and disputes
• Excellent English speaking skills (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Clear pronunciation (U.S. clients must understand you easily)
• Comfortable being on the phone for extended periods
• Patient and professional with clients
• Tech-savvy (can guide clients step-by-step)
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace

3. Describe how you would help a client create a Gmail and set up a credit bureau account
