Credit Repair / Inquiry Removal Specialist
We are hiring a full-time " Credit Repair / Inquiry Removal Specialist " for a system-specific role inside our FundHub operation. This is not a generic VA position. You will be working directly inside DisputeFox , GoHighLevel , and Airtable to manage inquiry-removal and credit-repair tasks in a structured round-based workflow. Our system uses GHL for task routing and status control, Airtable for ops tracking and inquiry logs, and DisputeFox for repair-side execution and repair round movement.
This role is heavily phone-based. You must be comfortable taking calls for most of the day, especially with Experian , and also handling Equifax and TransUnion when needed. In some cases, you may need to manage multiple live bureau conversations or handoffs at the same time, so you must have a good headset, strong audio quality, fast reactions, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The system is designed around bureau-specific call sessions, live handoff readiness, retry handling, and write-back tracking, so phone confidence is a real requirement here.
What you will do
- Handle inquiry removal and credit repair support work inside our live operating system
- Work inside DisputeFox to track repair activity and round movement
- Work inside GoHighLevel to manage statuses, tasks, ownership, and next actions
- Work inside Airtable to keep inquiry logs, case notes, and ops records clean and accurate
- Take bureau calls throughout the day, mostly Experian
- Speak with Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion professionally and persistently
- Be ready to handle more than one live bureau call/handoff situation when needed
- Follow the exact workflow for inquiry cases, fraud alert checks, and file progression
- Keep records updated correctly after every action so the next tea
- Escalate blockers fast and communicate professionally with the team

- Must be available full-time and focused during working hours
- Must follow SOPs exactly and keep confidential client information secure
Best fit for this role
You are a strong fit if you already understand credit repair operations, know how to move files through a system without creating errors, and are comfortable doing repetitive but important phone and admin work at a high standard. This role is for someone who can sit down, take calls, update systems correctly, and keep cases moving all day.
