Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Repair Specialist who can also handle administrative support tasks. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing both credit repair workflows and backend business operations. You must be proficient in Credit Repair Cloud, experienced in dispute rounds 1–3, and comfortable handling client communication and document organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Credit Repair Duties:
* Analyze client credit reports and identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items
* Execute full dispute cycles (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3) with proper escalation
* Draft and send customized dispute letters using FCRA-compliant language
* Utilize Credit Repair Cloud for tracking, automation, and client management
* File complaints with agencies (CFPB, FTC, credit bureaus) when necessary
* Monitor results and adjust strategies to maximize legal deletions
* Maintain detailed notes and compliance documentation
* Communicate updates and expectations clearly with clients
Administrative Duties (Sister Company Support):
* Organize and file electronic documents into proper folders and systems
* Maintain accurate digital records and client files
* Respond to client
* Assist with onboarding documentation and data entry
* Support day-to-day administrative operations as needed
* Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in credit repair (required)
* Proficiency in Credit Repair Cloud (required)
* Strong knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA regulations
* Experience with dispute strategies, collections, repossessions, and charge-offs
* Strong written communication skills (especially
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and manage both operational and client-facing tasks
* Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a credit repair or financial services company
* Familiarity with Metro 2 compliance strategies
* Administrative or virtual assistant experience
