JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for reviewing client credit reports, identifying negative and inaccurate items, and submitting effective disputes to credit bureaus and creditors.

This role requires strong knowledge of credit repair laws, dispute strategies, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities (VERY IMPORTANT)

• Analyze client credit reports and identify negative items
• Create and send dispute letters
• Submit disputes to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion
• Track dispute progress and update clients
• Communicate with creditors and collection agencies
• Maintain accurate records of all disputes

Requirements
• Proven experience in credit repair/disputes
• Knowledge of FCRA laws and dispute process
• Experience with Credit Repair Cloud (preferred)
• Strong written English (for dispute letters)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
