JOB OVERVIEW

Futuristic Tech Consulting is hiring a long-term Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to help manage client credit repair files inside DisputeFox.

This is not a basic VA role. I need someone who understands credit report audits, factual disputes, DisputeFox, dispute letter creation, letter library organization, bureau/furnisher responses, and deletion/correction tracking.

Your main job will be to review credit reports, identify factual dispute angles, create accurate dispute letters inside DisputeFox, organize templates, track deadlines, review responses, and help us improve client results.

We are building a long-term system, not hiring a freelancer for one quick task. You must be detail-oriented, reliable, honest, and willing to follow SOPs.

Main Responsibilities
Audit credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion
Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, duplicate accounts, obsolete items, and reporting issues
Create factual dispute letters inside DisputeFox
Organize and label DisputeFox letter templates
Track Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and escalation actions
Review bureau, furnisher, and collector responses
Track deletions, corrections, verified items, and next steps
Prepare daily reports
Help build SOPs for the FTEC dispute process
Keep client data secure and never store client files on personal devices
Required Experience
Credit repair experience required
DisputeFox experience strongly preferred
Strong English writing skills
Experience with factual disputing
Ability to read and compare all three credit bureaus
Ability to track deadlines and results
Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when stuck
Bonus Skills
GoHighLevel experience
Client update writing
SOP creation
Credit repair automation
Experience with CFPB complaint preparation
Experience with PrintFox/certified mail workflows
Important

This role is about legitimate, compliant dispute work. We do not promise fake results, guaranteed deletions, or removal of accurate negative information. We focus on finding real reporting issues, documenting them, disputing them correctly, and tracking results.

Accurate negative information generally cannot be removed just because it is negative, and strong disputes should explain what is wrong, why it is wrong, and include supporting documents.

Application Instructions

At the very top of your application, write:

FTEC AUDIT READY

If you do not write this exact phrase, your application will not be reviewed.

Then answer these questions:

Have you personally used DisputeFox? List the exact tasks you have done inside it.
How many credit repair client files have you processed from audit through Round 2 or Round 3?
Explain factual disputing in your own words.
What is the first thing you look for when auditing a credit report?
What do you do when a bureau verifies an item but the report still has factual inconsistencies?
What account types are you strongest with: collections, charge-offs, late payments, medical collections, inquiries, repossessions, bankruptcies, student loans, or identity theft?
What account types are you weakest with?
Are you currently working another job? If yes, how many hours per week?
Are you comfortable with the listed salary?
Are you willing to complete a paid test using fake credit report data?
