JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a skilled, aggressive credit dispute specialist who’s already working inside DisputeFox and knows how to get deletions, challenge the bureaus, and enforce compliance.

If you know how to run efficient dispute rounds, organize client reports, and get results — without waiting for someone to hand-hold you — this is YOUR position.

Log in to DisputeFox and manage all client disputes (we provide access)

Prepare and send Metro 2 and FCRA-based letters (manual and automated)

Run personal information audits to clean up addresses, names, DOBs, etc.

Track dispute timelines, reinvestigations, and round progression

Upload and document results in Google Sheets, Drive, or inside DFox CRM

Handle reinserted accounts and escalate to CFPB, FTC, BBB when necessary

Communicate status updates with clients via email or CRM

???? IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You should be someone who:

Has 1+ year experience with DisputeFox or equivalent system

Understands Metro 2 compliance + FCRA laws (§609, §611, §623, §605b)

Knows how to spot factual errors, outdated data, duplicate entries, and fraud indicators

Can write or edit strong letters that apply pressure, not basic templates

Understands how to organize multiple disputes and stay on schedule
