About Us
The Financial Reset Group is a growing credit repair company dedicated to helping clients improve their credit and achieve their financial goals. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just complete assigned tasks—we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks proactively, communicates exceptionally well, and contributes to the growth of our company.

Position Details
Remote

Part-Time

Monday–Friday

20 Hours Per Week

10:00 AM–2:00 PM CST or 12:00 PM–4:00 PM CST

Training Pay: $3.00/hour

After Training: $3.50/hour

30-Day Training Period

Performance Reviews at 30, 60, and 90 Days

Performance bonuses available based on client retention, referrals, lead follow-up, and overall contributions.

Required Experience
Minimum 1 year of credit repair industry experience (Required)

Experience using Credit Repair Cloud (preferred)

Experience using Credit Hero and Smart Credit (preferred)

Experience reviewing credit reports

Knowledge of credit-building strategies

Experience communicating with credit repair clients

Comfortable learning new systems and software

Excellent written and verbal communication

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Responsibilities
Client onboarding

Manage client accounts inside Credit Hero, Credit Repair Cloud, and SmartCredit

Respond to client emails, texts, and phone calls

Deliver monthly audits and follow-up action plans

Recommend appropriate credit-building products and strategies

Coordinate with the dispute team

Track dispute timelines

Monitor client progress

Follow up with incomplete enrollments

Follow up with existing and inactive leads

Build relationships with realtors and lending partners

Request Google and Facebook reviews

Collect testimonials and referrals

Research networking opportunities

Recommend process improvements

Assist with company growth initiatives

Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Metro 2 reporting

Experience reading and explaining credit reports

Knowledge of consumer credit laws

Experience recommending secured cards, rent reporting, and other credit-building products

Experience with Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and CRM systems
